AA Property Management is the management company for a strata property of 12 strata lots that includes a variety of businesses, a restaurant, and health services. I served as Chair of the Strata Council for more than 20 years. During that time we worked with three different property management companies. AA Property Management was by far the best property management company we worked with. They were organized, timely in responding to concerns, and recruited trades that produced good work/services at reasonable costs. Our property manager was Angus Yuen. I always found Angus responsive to concerns, informed, and eager to assist. I also found their strata fees reasonable and they were flexible to meet the varying needs of our council and owners.
